How Can Aromatherapy Help Me and My Family?

Recently, aromatherapy has gained more recognition
in the fields of science and medicine.
Aromatherapy enhances both physical and emotional health.
Aromatherapists use essential oils medicinally to
improve the health of the body, mind, and spirit.
I’d love to share how essential oils can help change your health,
your family’s health AND ALSO SAVE YOU MONEY.

“Aromatherapy makes economic sense.”–Jane Buckle Author  Clinical Aromatherapy

As an Aromatherapy Practitioner, I create blends designed specifically for each person

and recommend methods of use to promote the desired responses.

I wish you could scratch your screen and smell the wonderful aromas I create.

Tip: If you have more than one diffuser, set this up at

bedtime and set a timer for when you wake up.

Start My Day is a refreshing blend to get you started in the morning!

Add the following essential oils to a water diffuser right after you wake up.

     3 drops Lime

     3 drops Wild Orange

     3 drops Lemon

     1 drop Rosemary

Rosemary is known as “the oil of remembrance”.

Tip: If you have more than one diffuser, set this up at bedtime and set a timer for when you wake up.

Note:  You should still follow appropriate night time habits.

SLEEP WELL is a calming  bedtime spritz and spray.

Add the following sleep promoting essential oils to a 1 oz PET plastic spray bottle and label:

     5 drops Bergamot

     4 drops Roman Chamomile

“Once you get familiar with the nuances of aromatherapy
and learn the basics,  let your intuition be your guide.
This is where the true healing power
of essential oils happens!”
